DENVER, December 7, 2011 – P2 Energy Solutions, a technology company that provides a comprehensive range of software, services, and data to the energy industry announced today it has acquired Beyond Compliance Inc., a leading provider of SaaS-delivered automated compliance management solutions.

Through the acquisition of Beyond Compliance, P2 is demonstrating its commitment to bring more value to our customers through a broader operational footprint. Beyond Compliance will expand P2 Energy Solutions’ offerings into the Health, Safety and Environmental (HS&E) compliance area with a unique suite of solutions that help energy companies manage regulatory, safety and corporate compliance by improving the workflow between field operations and corporate offices.
